Case Management
Case Management is a process in which a specially trained staff member (a Case Manager) works one-on-one with an individual or family to help them create a plan to meet their needs for housing, utilities, childcare, and other supports to become stable and self-sufficient.
MAM’s approach is strength-based, meaning that we look at what is going well, who else is helping (or who else can help) and the abilities of the client. We are also client-centered, meaning that we focus on the needs of the client or family.
In some cases MAM combines individual consultation with a Case Manager with financial assistance, based upon documented need and in keeping with the goals established in the service plan.
